RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a frontline Healthcare Receptionist in Singapore to support patients with registration and appointment-related matters. You will greet visitors, handle general enquiries, and ensure a smooth, professional patient experience.

The role involves coordinating referrals, following up on arrangements, processing payments, and assisting with basic health screening tasks to support overall clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level / 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented and hands-on mindset with a caring attitude toward patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration and appointment-related matters.
• Support the coordination of referrals and follow-up arrangements.
• Attend to general enquiries and payment transactions professionally.
• Provide frontline assistance and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Address feedback or service-related concerns appropriately and elevate when required.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and internal teams.
• Support operations at designated service points according to roster arrangements.
• Assist with basic health screening activities such as recording patients’ height, weight, and blood pressure readings.
