Job summary

ALLIANCE HEALTHCARE GROUP LIMITED is seeking Full-time Clinic Assistants for its My Family Clinic branch in Singapore. The role involves performing daily operational duties, patient registration, and frontline customer service.

Ideal candidates will have entry-level healthcare qualifications, preferably with experience in outpatient clinic operations. Familiarity with MOH regulatory requirements and computer literacy is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
• Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred.
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field to be considered for Senior position.
• Comfortable with Shift work based on Clinic operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient Clinic.
• Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service.
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.
• Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes.
• Manage inventory and replenish medicines and consumables.
• Operate Clinic Management System.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.
