Job summary

A1 Medical Clinic (Kovan) invites applications for a frontline clinic staff role. Duties include registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, and assisting doctors during consultations.

You will handle phone calls, billing, CHAS/Medisave/TPA claims, dispense medications under supervision, maintain cleanliness and infection control, and support the Clinic Manager with admin tasks.

We welcome Singaporean and PR applicants; full-time or part-time positions available; immediate start encouraged.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask, PC literate, work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A good team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, organized, detail-oriented, good communication skills, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Registering patients and managing appointments
• Handling phone calls, billing, and CHAS/Medisave/TPA claims
• Assisting doctors during consultations and minor procedures
• Dispensing and packing medications under supervision
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness, stock, and infection control standards
• Support in basic administrative or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
