Job summary

ACG Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Technology Engineer to own trading systems and infrastructure end-to-end.

You will automate, build risk tooling, and tighten security in partnership with portfolio managers and traders. You will manage Windows/Linux environments, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and an outsourced IT partner, delivering measurable improvements each quarter with minimal manual work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology at hedge fund, asset manager, broker, prop firm or fintech.
• Strong Python and SQL in production settings.
• Comfortable across Windows and Linux servers, cloud (AWS or Azure), networking fundamentals.
• Self-directed with ability to scope a problem and ship a solution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-house enhancements to Order/Execution Management System and Portfolio Management System.
• Build Python tools that replace manual daily processes across trading, operations and reporting.
• Design and maintain a risk monitoring dashboard with real-time exposure and limit alerts.
• Own the firm’s infrastructure (Windows/Linux, cloud, networking) and manage outsourced IT provider.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity framework in line with MAS TRM guidelines, including access control.
• Keep trading workstations and critical hardware performant and current.
