Job summary

exceltech computers pte. ltd. is seeking a Technical Lead for the FX Platform in Singapore. You will steer architecture, integration, and delivery across platform and application teams from the Jurong location.

You will guide modernisation efforts, define security and identity standards, and champion DevSecOps and CI/CD across squads. The role demands hands-on leadership and strong collaboration with product and partners.

Qualifications

8–12 years in software engineering, solution architecture, or platform development.
Proven leadership delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms or mission-critical systems.
Experience with migration, modernisation, and complex integration programmes.
Track record delivering cloud-native solutions in agile environments.
Experience with public sector or large-scale enterprise systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the FX Platform architecture, standards, and roadmap.
Lead design and implementation of core platform capabilities, including SSO, RBAC, and admin tools.
Provide governance across delivery squads to ensure quality, security, and scalability.
Oversee migration strategies and modernisation of apps onto the FX Platform.
Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Collaborate with product managers and vendors, and mentor engineers.
