Smart IMS Inc is hiring a Front Office Trading Application Support Specialist in Singapore to provide frontline production support for trading applications across asset classes. You will work directly with traders and business stakeholders to resolve complex production issues and ensure platform stability under tight SLAs.

The role requires hands-on SQL and Python scripting, strong analytical skills, and experience with monitoring tools like ITRS Geneos, Splunk, and Dynatrace.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in Front Office / Trading Application Support.
• Experience with production support and incident management in trading/financial systems.
• Strong SQL and Python scripting for log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and ability to improve operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Front Office production/application support for trading apps across asset classes.
• Collaborate with traders and stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues.
• Monitor platform health, batch processes, and workflows to ensure stability.
• Manage incidents and problem resolution with adherence to SLAs.
• Perform start of day, end of day, and start of week checks.
• Analyze logs and runbook data using Python and SQL for troubleshooting.
