Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on front-to-middle office investment lifecycle experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise buy-side platforms: Aladdin, CRD, SimCorp, Bloomberg AIM.
• Strong understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Money Market, and OTC Derivatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, with senior PMs and quantitative teams.
• Ability to translate complex investment concepts into functional specs and user stories.
• Experience delivering Agile projects and coordinating cross-team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-office analysis and solution architecture with PMs, analysts, traders, and risk managers.
• Translate investment strategies and workflows into clear specifications and user stories.
• Drive integration of OMS, EMS, and PMS platforms (Aladdin, Charles River, Bloomberg AIM, SimCorp Dimension).
• Analyze end-to-end investment lifecycle and optimize pre-trade, trade execution, and post-trade processes.
• Manage agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog, and UAT for front-office initiatives.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors.
• Oversee project scope, milestones, regulatory alignment, and change management.
