You will analyze investment workflows, coordinate with IT, risk and finance, and drive technology solutions for front-office activities in a Singapore-based role. The position requires 5+ years in business analysis or investment systems, with expertise in Murex, SimCorp Dimension, BlackRock Aladdin or Charles River, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, product management or investment systems.
• Experience with front-to-back investment workflows in asset management or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with portfolio managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specs.
• Analyse investment workflows and recommend improvements to systems and tools.
• Collaborate with IT, risk, finance and other teams to design technology solutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors on system enhancements and projects.
• Prepare test strategies and coordinate UAT for upgrades and new implementations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot investment-related systems and processes.
• Support system roadmaps and workflow improvements across teams.
• Maintain data integrity, information security, and auditability in workflows.
• Develop user guides and system documentation for users.
• Manage project schedules, vendors, and change-management initiatives.
