Job summary

KIMPSON HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is hiring an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team at our Amoy Street outlet in Singapore. You will supervise daily operations, manage service flow, and ensure a high standard of guest experience.

We value hands-on leaders who can coach staff during peak periods, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate with the kitchen. Immediate start preferred with a stable full-time role and staff meal provided.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B or restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Hands-on and able to support team during busy periods.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations.
• Lead and support the service team during operations.
• Ensure smooth service and a good customer experience.
• Handle customer enquiries and service recovery when required.
• Manage cashier and POS operations.
• Coordinate table arrangements and reservations.
• Assist with staff scheduling and daily manpower allocation.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness and service standards.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and management.
