Job summary

TABLE OF GRACE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Front of House leader in Singapore to oversee guest-facing operations, service teams, and shift execution with a focus on hospitality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

You will coach Front of House Members, Trainers, and Shift Leaders, uphold Chick-fil-A service standards, and collaborate with Back of House for seamless operations. Strong recruitment and retention support is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Front of House Team Members, Trainers, and Shift Leaders to enhance team performance and service quality
• Cultivate a culture of genuine hospitality by modeling and reinforcing exceptional guest service behaviors
• Ensure order accuracy, speed of service, and cleanliness to consistently deliver an excellent guest experience
• Manage shift deployment, service flow, and manpower planning to optimize operational efficiency
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Train and develop team members on Chick-fil-A service standards and operational procedures to uphold brand consistency
• Monitor restaurant appearance and dining area cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment
• Foster strong collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams to support seamless operations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talent to build a capable and motivated workforce
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and meet restaurant performance goals through data-driven actions
