Job summary

Chick-fil-A Singapore is looking for team members to join our front-of-house or back-of-house operations. You will help deliver great tasting food and genuine hospitality in a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, safety of equipment, and delivering fast, accurate orders while upholding our service standards and CORE 4 principles. Join a collaborative team with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment to maintain service quality.
• Attention to detail to ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
• Strong teamwork values to contribute positively to the restaurant culture.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment consistently.
• Use, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment properly to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
• Deliver fast and accurate order preparation to respect customer time and enhance satisfaction.
• Provide genuine hospitality by treating customers with honor, dignity, and respect, anticipating needs, and resolving issues using CORE 4, HEARD model, and 2nd Mile Service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth restaurant operations during rotating shifts.
