Job summary

TABLE OF GRACE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Operations Lead in Singapore to direct Back of House activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in line with Chick-fil-A standards and local regulations.

You will coach and develop the BOH team, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and drive continuous improvement across daily kitchen operations while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Back of House team to raise skills and performance
• Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness meet Chick-fil-A and regulatory standards
• Manage daily kitchen operations including inventory and product prep to optimize efficiency
• Support staffing, training, and team development to maintain a skilled workforce
• Monitor food costs, minimize waste, and improve productivity with data-driven actions
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards
• Foster collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams
• Drive continuous improvement to exceed restaurant performance goals
• Comply with Chick-fil-A operating standards and Singapore laws

• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards to maintain a safe environment
• Foster collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams to enhance overall restaurant performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve and exceed restaurant performance goals
• Comply with Chick-fil-A operating standards and all applicable Singapore laws and regulations
