Carnaby Concepts PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Singapore to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, maintain service standards, and drive sales with cost control in a fast-paced modern British restaurant environment. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication and people-management skills, able to train staff and manage weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm under pressure with ability to multitask during busy service periods.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the front-of-house team by example.
• Deliver consistently outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and presentation.
• Train, mentor and develop team members.
• Manage scheduling, manpower planning and labour productivity.
• Monitor inventory, ordering and stock control.
• Drive sales while maintaining strong cost control.
• Resolve customer feedback professionally and create memorable experiences.
• Work closely with the owners and management team to continually improve the business.
