The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Front-of-House Operations role based at Somerset to oversee guest experience and service flow.

You will ensure SOP compliance, manage staff performance, and handle customer complaints with a focus on superior service during full restaurant hours. Responsibilities include rostering, attendance monitoring, on-the-job training, and supporting peak-hour operations while coordinating with the kitchen and ensuring regulatory compliance with SFA/NEA

Qualifikationen

• Candidates with relevant working experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee FOH service flow and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all service SOPs.
• Act as first-level handler for customer complaints.
• Supervise staff grooming, conduct, and service standards.
• Ensure proper execution of opening and closing procedures.
• Prepare FOH duty rosters and manpower allocation.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
• Conduct on-the-job training for FOH staff.
• Provide probation feedback and performance observations.
• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
• Coordinate service timing with kitchen operations.
• Support service operations personally during peak hours.
• Maintain table turnover efficiency.
• Supervise takeaway and delivery workflow on-site.
• Ensure compliance with SFA / NEA regulations.
• Enforce Company policies and code of conduct.
• Escalate operational issues promptly.

Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000 (service fee distribution available)

Job Description

• A. Front-of-House Operations
