GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a front desk professional to greet customers, manage appointments, walk-ins, inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages and online bookings at multiple outlets in Serangoon Garden, East Coast and Great World.

You will handle payments, receipts and daily sales reports, operate booking platforms and POS systems, and work weekends and public holidays as required across three rotating outlets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in booking platforms & POS systems to manage appointments and transactions.
• Comfortable working on weekends & Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage appointments, walk-ins, inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online bookings.
• Handle front desk operations including payment processing, receipt issuance, and daily sales reports
