You will drive online engagement, mentor interns on brand protocols, and collaborate on social content while traveling between studios. A growth-oriented candidate with marketing/communications background is preferred.

The role offers hybrid work (2 days from home) with on-site studio presence, and opportunities for class access and potential instructor sponsorship.

Job description

We are a growing boutique Pilates space dedicated to intentional movement and strong community connections. As we expand, we are looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Studio Manager to be the operational anchor and a creative spark for our spaces. The Role
This is not a typical desk job. You will be the guardian of our community standards and a key collaborator in shaping our digital presence. Our day-to-day physical operations generally run very smoothly; therefore, your energy will primarily be focused on delivering top-tier online customer care, guiding our interns on brand protocols, and teaming up to brainstorm and capture social content. You will split your time between working from home and roaming between our various studios across Singapore (strategically placed within a 5-minute walk of MRT stations).

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Online Customer Engagement: Be the primary digital touchpoint for our clients. You will handle online inquiries with a high level of detail, respond proactively to customer needs, and actively foster a welcoming community atmosphere before clients even step through our doors.

• Protocol & Standards Mentorship: Act as the compass for our studio interns. You will guide and train them comprehensively on our specific protocols and standards, ensuring they consistently deliver the Aligne Studio experience.

• Content Collaboration & Creation: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and suggest fresh content ideas. During your studio visits, you will be our lens on the ground—filming classes, capturing the studio's aesthetic, and helping bring our collaborative ideas to life for social media.

• On-the-Ground Check-Ins: While we don't expect frequent operational fires, you will move fluidly between our locations to maintain a physical presence. Use this time to ensure the spaces and equipment (like our Reformers and Towers) look pristine, capture content, and check in with the intern team.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education & Experience: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred. While prior experience in a similar operations or content role is a strong advantage, we are open to highly motivated fresh graduates.

• Proactive Communicator: You anticipate customer needs online and address details with a warm, professional tone before they become issues.

• Standard-Bearer: You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in guiding junior team members to meet high operational protocols.

• Creative Collaborator: You love bouncing ideas around with a team, have a good eye for framing and filming, and enjoy capturing the everyday magic of the studio.

• Adaptable & Mobile: You are highly comfortable traveling between different studio locations to connect with the physical space and team.
