MHA - Singapore Police Force (SPF) is seeking an Operations Executive (Customer Relations) to oversee frontline customer service at the Class 4 Test Circuit. You will ensure high service standards while safeguarding licence processing and test administration, under the Management Executive Scheme.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in customer service or operations.
• Strong operational and administrative experience.
• Knowledge of government procedures and compliance.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in IT systems and Excel for monthly reports.
• Detail-oriented with integrity in licence-related transactions.
• Able to work half-day shifts on alternate Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Manage counter operations and provide professional service to test candidates and the public.
• Process test registrations and licence endorsements accurately; verify eligibility and maintain records.
• Handle customer feedback, booking changes, test result appeals, and escalated cases promptly.
• Monitor daily counter operations and support during peak periods or disruptions.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date operating procedures and customer guidance.
• Compile and analyse monthly operational statistics for management reporting.
• Identify recurring service issues and implement improvements to service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to uphold the organisation's image.
