Conrad Singapore Orchard is seeking a Front Desk Assistant Manager to supervise front desk operations, assign daily tasks, and ensure seamless guest service. You will coordinate with multiple departments, manage VIP guests, and promote loyalty programs to maximize guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and maintaining professional appearance while supporting revenue growth and operational efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office, hospitality or related service environment.
• Strong supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relevant supervisory/management qualification is an advantage.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk operations during assigned shift to a high standard.
• Ensure staff knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and VIP events.
• Assign daily shift tasks and ensure completion; maintain guest history data.
• Promote Hilton Honors and handle guest requests and inquiries promptly.
