Responsibilities

• Oversee Conrad Service Team activities and daily tasks.
• Communicate updated information from departments to deliver outstanding guest service by phone.
• Handle guest requests, bookings, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Liaise with Duty Manager for guest comments and situations.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, menus, promotions and floor plans.
• Update guest history to recognize regulars and VIPs.
