UE Park Avenue International invites an enthusiastic Guest Relations Officer to join our hotel team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact, delivering excellent service, greeting guests, registering them, and issuing keys while maintaining smooth front-desk operations.

You will handle guest inquiries, reservations via Opera, and cashiering duties, while ensuring safety and security policies are followed and reporting requirements are met.

• Check-in and check-out promptly according to hotel procedures.
• Greet guests warmly, register and issue room keys using standards.
• Interact with guests and attend to enquiries.
• Handle cashiering duties.
• Maintain filing system and required reports.
• Handle guest reservations using Opera system.
• Provide information about amenities, attractions and services.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport.
• Ensure front counter and back-office security policies are followed.
