Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a professional Receptionist for a private bank in Singapore. You will screen visitors, manage meeting room bookings, and serve as the front desk concierge to ensure a smooth guest experience.

You will handle calls, send registered mails and client statements, and coordinate mail distribution and courier processing. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of receptionist experience, preferably in the financial sector.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of receptionist experience.
• Experience in financial sector preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Screen and receive visitors and guests.
• Maintenance of all meeting rooms and meeting room bookings.
• Concierge for all guests including serving of beverages.
• Handle telephone calls professionally, routing calls to appropriate staff.
• Send registered mails and client statements, mail out posts at end of day.
• Process local and international couriers.
