Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Quality Specialist to monitor and ensure compliance with national and international standards. You will participate in audits, training, and qualification programmes and act as a central liaison between internal teams and external customers.

You will develop and maintain SOPs and process flowcharts regionally, coordinate with IT for system enhancements, prepare KPI reports, and travel overseas as required to support customers and partners.

Job description

• Monitor compliance with national and international quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality-related activities, including audits, qualification programmes, and claims management.
• Represent operations in engagements with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
• Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flowcharts at a regional level.
• Conduct internal and external training for operational staff, including training on new customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the IT team on system enhancements, integrations, and project testing.
• Provide support for daily operational issues and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Align operational processes with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Prepare and support daily, weekly, monthly, and KPI reports for customers.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and act as a central point of communication between internal teams and external clients (Control Tower function).
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support ad-hoc quotations when required.
• Travel overseas as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
