Job summary

UPS Singapore is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our growing logistics team. You will coordinate air and sea freight, manage customer accounts, and ensure accurate billing and documentation while upholding service excellence.

The role requires 3–7 years in airfreight/logistics, a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in CargoWise and TradeNet, and strong communication. You will supervise junior staff and collaborate with carriers to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field required.
3–7 years in airfreight healthcare logistics, freight forwarding, or related ops.
Prior supervisory or people management experience preferred.
TradeNet declaration permit/account and CargoWise knowledge is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
