• Experience in air freight forwarding/operations preferred.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with ability to manage multiple shipments.
• Strong stakeholder communication with airlines, agents and customers.
• Proficient in MS Office; freight forwarding system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Book and confirm air cargo space with airlines/consolidators for import and export shipments
• Prepare and process shipping documents
• Coordinate with warehouses, hauliers, and airline handling agents on pickup, packing, and delivery schedules
• Track shipments end-to-end and keep customers updated on status
• Liaise with overseas offices/agents for smooth shipment handovers
• Handle special cargo where required (temperature-controlled, express/urgent, dangerous goods documentation)
• Check vendor invoices and prepare customer billing
• Manage customer queries and resolve operational issues
