Job summary

UPS in Singapore is seeking an organised logistics assistant to manage outbound airfreight documentation, MAWB typing, and weekly reporting. The role supports operations in hub and security-sensitive areas, requiring sharp Excel skills and accurate data entry.

You will coordinate with airlines, agents, and internal teams to ensure timely bookings and smooth shipments. This permanent position offers stability within a Fortune Global 500 company.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to undergo background check in a security-regulated area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly outbound airwaybill maintenance control list.
• Book airline space through Cubeforall system for regular and ad-hoc consignments; follow up on space.
• Prepare MAWB typing weekly and update weekly logs.
• Prepare ECC and normal counter bookings weekly.
• Create outbound check-off lists for the following week.
• Send MAWB maintenance and check-off lists to Operations (Hub, DM and BC).
• Daily MAWB audit segregation and discrepancy follow-up; maintain MAWB records by Agent.
• Retrieve outbound MAWB (Fri-Sun) and arrange by flight.
• Sort export control forms by date from Hub Operations.
• Match manifest pieces/weights against MAWB and control form.
• Update outbound/inbound check-off lists; enter data into system.
• File month-end paperwork.
