Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Freight Operations Executive to coordinate import and export shipments from our Marine Parade / Parkway Parade site in Singapore. You will handle shipping documentation, liaise with carriers and customers, and ensure timely, accurate shipment arrangements.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary up to SGD 4,400 monthly, with a 13th month AWS and a performance bonus, plus opportunities to gain practical experience in import/export operations

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics is advantageous but not required.
• Training will be provided for candidates without prior freight-forwarding experience.
• Comfortable handling shipping documentation, data entry and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments to ensure timely and accurate shipment arrangements.
• Prepare, process and maintain relevant shipping and freight documentation.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, freight partners and internal teams on shipment arrangements and operational matters.
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up on outstanding documentation or operational issues.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipment records in the relevant systems.
• Handle filing, scanning and general document management.
• Support the team with daily freight-forwarding and administrative activities.
• Perform other related operational duties as assigned.

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,400 Monthly Basic Salary + 13th Month AWS + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent
