Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring a Freight Forwarding Executive to coordinate daily operations for air, sea, and land shipments from our Changi office. The role includes processing import/export documentation, liaising with overseas agents and service partners, and ensuring timely delivery.

This position requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field and at least 1 year of freight forwarding experience. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Familiar with shipping documentation, TradeNet, and freight processes.
• Experience handling import/export shipments is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight forwarding operations for air, sea, and land shipments.
• Prepare and process import/export documentation and TradeNet permit declarations.
• Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, transport providers, and service partners.
• Handle shipment documentation, including AWB, B/L, and cargo insurance records.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
