Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics support professional in Bukit Merah, Singapore to assist the sales team, coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses and internal departments, and prepare import/export documentation and D/O releases.

Candidates with 1–2 years in freight forwarding are preferred; entry level with logistics background are welcome. The role offers a 5-day week, 8:30am–5:30pm (Friday until 5pm) and a salary of SGD 2,800–3,400.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales department
• Coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams
• Prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and D/O release
• Verify all related costs and charges
• Handle customer enquiries on freight rates, shipment tracking, and related matters
• Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes
