Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) at our Changi Airfreight Centre location. The role includes handling inbound and import shipments for Singapore, resolving discrepancies, and providing prompt service to customers. Training will be provided.

Salary starts from basic SGD 2,200 to SGD 2,600 with a 5.5-day work week and alternate Saturday shifts. Prior diploma in logistics or forwarding is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and import shipments in Singapore.
• Manage and follow up on import discrepancies.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Liaise with overseas agents and relevant parties on shipment issues.
• Reply to emails promptly within the same business day.
• Resolve customer and shipment-related issues.
• Coordinate import shipments for third-party delivery.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for courier labels and deliveries.
• Handle return, export and undelivered shipments (LHR, HKG, TPE).
• Monitor POD closure and maintain a 98% KPI.
• Arrange local and international ad-hoc pickups.
• Assist with billing codes and export processes when required (AAC & RPX).
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
