Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated customer service assistant in Singapore, based at Changi Airfreight Centre.

You will assist in the customer service department, handle customer ratings for both air and sea freight, liaise with air/sea carriers and customers, and manage sea freight documentation including bookings and billing. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant experience.
