Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) at the Changi Airfreight Centre.

This role offers training and a salary between $2,200 and $2,600 SGD per month. Expected duties include handling inbound/import shipments, addressing discrepancies, and maintaining high KPI performance. Working days are 5.5 days with alternate Saturdays; hours include 9am–1pm and 9pm–6pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related field.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and import shipments in Singapore.
• Manage and follow up on import discrepancies.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Liaise with overseas agents and relevant parties on shipment issues.
• Reply to emails promptly within the same business day.
• Resolve customer and shipment-related issues.
• Coordinate import shipments for third-party delivery.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for courier labels and deliveries.
