Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the logistics and shipping operations for inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including airway bills and bills of lading.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth transportation from origin to destination, updating clients and stakeholders as needed.
• Inspect cargo in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, handling, and safety compliance.
• Perform data entry tasks related to shipment tracking, cargo details, and logistics documentation.
• Support permit declarations and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues or delays.
• Provide support to clients and internal teams, answering queries related to shipments and processes.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties to support the logistics department and meet goals.

Freight Operation Executive (Sea & Air Freight)

Mon - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:30 pm

Working Location: Changi South

Salary : $2500 - $3500

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistics and shipping operations for both inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including airway bills, bills of lading, and other required import/export paperwork
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth transportation from origin to destination, updating clients and stakeholders as needed
• Inspect cargo in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, handling, and compliance with safety regulations
• Perform data entry tasks related to shipment tracking, cargo details, and other logistics documentation
• Support permit declarations and ensure compliance with customs regulations
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any operational issues or delays
• Provide support to both clients and internal teams, answering queries related to shipments, documentation, and logistics processes
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as required to support the logistics department and meet operational goals
