Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a growing freight forwarding and logistics team. You will handle quotations, shipments, and operational inquiries with a focus on timely and accurate service.

You'll coordinate import/export shipments, liaise with overseas agents and internal teams, and prepare required documentation. The role demands strong communication, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Good understanding of import/export processes.
• Experience handling air and/or sea freight shipments.
• Familiar with Incoterms and their application to international shipments.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Independent, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries relating to quotations, shipments and operational matters promptly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate the activation of import, export and cross-trade shipments.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements closely with customers, overseas agents and internal operations teams.
• Prepare and manage documentation required for import and export shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with timely updates on shipment status.
• Handle shipment-related issues and customer concerns, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to achieve timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate shipment information, records, reports and system entries.
• Ensure consistent service standards by following established operational procedures and customer requirements.
• Support sales and marketing activities when required.
