Get Out! Events is building a pool of freelance Event Managers / Project Event Leads for corporate and private event projects in Singapore.

This is a freelance / project-based opportunity for experienced event professionals who can take over confirmed projects from the business development team and manage them from planning through execution. Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate, community, government, or large-scale events.
• Able to manage projects independently with minimal handholding.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable coordinating suppliers, crew, venues, logistics, and onsite operations.

Responsibilities

• Take over confirmed event projects after client confirmation
• Manage planning from briefing to execution
• Liaise with clients on requirements, timelines, deliverables, and updates
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, logistics, manpower, permits, production, and event materials
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project cadence meetings
• Prepare event timelines, run sheets, checklists, and project updates
• Manage vendors, crew, and suppliers before and during the event
• Lead onsite setup, execution, troubleshooting, and teardown
• Ensure delivery matches the agreed scope, budget, timeline, and client expectations
