Job summary

BreadTalk Pte Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Franchise Operations Associate in Singapore to drive growth in the franchise portfolio.

You will build strong relationships with franchisees, support new store openings with training and visits, and keep stakeholders updated on products, SOPs, and rollouts. You will also manage training tools, collaborate with Finance for billing, and help develop training programs while ensuring accurate franchisee records.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong business sense with interpersonal, planning and organisational skills.
• Enjoys collaborative teamwork, handles diverse tasks, meets tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel overseas as needed.
• Ideally 2–5 years experience in franchise markets, especially F&B.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Forms.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Availability for occasional weekend support for special projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor franchise market performance and spot opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Build strong relationships with franchisees through regular, supportive communication.
• Support new store launches with training plans, store visits, and ongoing guidance.
• Keep franchisees up to date on new products, SOPs, and rollouts—making transitions smooth and clear.
• Manage and update training tools, marketing materials, and franchisee resources.
• Help develop and deliver effective training programs and support trainers with feedback.
• Review and share key reports (sales, audits, projections) to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely billing and collections.
• Maintain accurate franchisee records and assist with data updates.
• Pitch in on special projects and team initiatives as needed.
