Job summary

Paradise Group Holdings Pte. Ltd. invites experienced professionals to join our franchise development team in Singapore.

You will drive strategy and execution for franchise expansion, oversee operations, training, and audits, and collaborate with partners to enhance performance and profitability. You will maintain strict brand standards, lead new outlet development, plan training and quality assurance activities, and ensure seamless communication between head office and franchisees in a dynamic

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic planning and execution of franchise development work
• Administer and implement franchise operation, training, and audit framework
• Work with franchise partners to develop business, improve performance and resolve operation related matters
• Maintain brand standards, working with franchisees to implement framework to improve franchise operational efficiency, service level and profit margin
• Lead, support and manage end-to-end development of new franchise outlets
• Planning of franchise training, audit and lead quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company and brand standards
• Facilitate smooth communication and good working relationship between franchise team and franchisee
• Assist with company’s leasing matters
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned
