Job summary

BF Health & Skin Care Global Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an Associate Franchise Sales Manager to develop franchise opportunities and build relationships with business partners and investors across international markets.

You will identify potential franchisees, promote franchise packages, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline from enquiry to closing while expanding markets in Malaysia, Indonesia, India, UAE, USA and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Business development or franchise experience preferred.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, healthcare, retail or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong business network and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Able to work independently and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential franchisees, investors and business partners.
• Promote BF franchise packages and business opportunities.
• Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline from enquiry to closing.
• Develop markets in Malaysia, Indonesia, India, UAE, USA and other countries.
• Build relationships with salon owners, wellness operators, distributors and entrepreneurs.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions and business meetings.
• Achieve agreed sales and franchise targets.
• Provide regular sales updates and market feedback to management.
