Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. seeks an Area Franchise Lead to build and manage strategic relationships with franchisees up to C-Level. You will drive business planning, analytics, and expansion initiatives across APAC, coordinating with market planning, finance, marketing, and design teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in BI/finance/strategy with P&L experience; travel 2–3 days/week. RBI maintains a 5-day in-office schedule, onsite in Singapore to support collaboration and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Engineering.
• MBA or Executive MBA is a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience in BI/Marketing/Finance/Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking.
• Previous experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry and/or F&B/retail is a plus.
• P&L management experience is required.
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with proven track record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage the franchisee relationship up to C-Level.
• Lead the overall Business Planning Process; ensure cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Develop insights using data & analytics to drive short, medium and long-term goals.
• Achieve regional objectives for new unit growth, sales and profitability.
• Find solutions for existing franchisees to expand or develop the brand.
• Develop strategic plans and proposals for expansion activities.
• Optimize franchise business performance to drive long-term value.
• Support world class operations and excellence at the franchisees.
• Provide tools and tactics to increase sales and maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and operations on growth initiatives.
