Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in International Business Trade or relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Computer proficiency and good presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork under pressure.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and requests from Sales and Scent Design teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Labs, Customer Service and Creative Centres to meet requirements.
• Monitor project costs and promote cost optimization strategies across teams.
• Manage end-to-end sample logistics, including order creation in PUMA/SAP and shipment coordination.
• Maintain records in PUMA and SAP, monitor QC results and close sample orders.
• Prepare regulatory and product documentation using SAP and Clover systems.
• Support customer accounts and portfolio development across regions.
• Share best practices to improve sampling, shipping, and workflows.
• Provide backup support for FDS and Shipping teams.
