Job summary

Givaudan in Singapore is seeking a Fine Fragrances Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the BD team with daily tasks, including coordination, administrative duties, and event logistics.

You will report to the Fine Fragrance Business Development Director, coordinating samples, shipments, travel, meetings, and onboarding, while also supporting monthly data reports and market monitoring. Fluent English and luxury appreciation are essential.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience in Sales/Business Development Support, Office Administration, Event Management or related service industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
• Hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong appreciation for luxury and aesthetics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fragrance samples for customer meetings, presentations, and evaluations.
• Organize domestic and international shipments, manage courier services, and monitor deliveries for timely receipt and follow-up.
• Coordinate customer meetings, including scheduling, meeting room prep, hospitality arrangements, and required materials.
• Organize business travel bookings and hotel arrangements.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees with workspace setup and documentation.
• Assist in internal and external events, including venue coordination, catering, and logistics.
• Support monthly fragrance collection and library management.
• Raise purchase requests and follow up on orders, invoices, and payments.
