You will support FPSO shipments worldwide, coordinating with suppliers, expediting materials, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth project execution.

The role requires Mandarin fluency and at least 6 years in international freight forwarding, with FPSO experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin for client communication.
• 6+ years in international freight forwarding.
• FPSO freight forwarding experience preferred.
• Coordinate complex shipments with multiple stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness to manage costs, timelines, and expectations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipment forecast and planning based on materials expediting report.
• Coordinate with client suppliers on cargo collection and sailing options.
• Follow up with overseas offices for freight rates, bookings and shipment status.
• Source freight rates and manage bookings with carriers.
• Prepare shipping documentation and activate shipments.
• Prepare import/export permits for customs declarations.
• Monitor shipment progress daily and address delays or issues.
• Provide regular shipment status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations and invoices; coordinate tender preparations.
• Prepare monthly report of internal project costs and P&L per shipment.
• Support process improvements and share best practices.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
