Job summary

MOET HENNESSY DIAGEO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an accomplished Head of FP&A to drive planning excellence and performance across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia).

This role leads a 6-person team and delivers accurate forecasts, insightful analysis, and a reliable forward view of P&L performance. You will own the SEA P&L consolidation, standardize processes, and partner with regional FP&A to align numbers and governance.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years FP&A experience, ideally in FMCG, wines & spirits, or complex multinationals.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls and processes.
• Experience managing multi-country or regional consolidation preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, financial modelling, and variance drivers.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin or Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full financial planning cycle for the Southeast Asia cluster (SEA).
• Consolidate markets inputs to deliver accurate SEA forecasts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance to build forecasts for the P&L.
• Drive governance, reporting standards, and a single source of truth for reporting.
