Qualifikationen

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in an MNC.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP (FICO module) required; knowledge of SAP SD/MM/EC-PCA desirable.

• Deliver regular financial reports and actionable insights to guide management decisions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across IMEA locations.
• Align financial strategies with global goals and act as business partner to boost performance.
• Drive local financial optimization including gross margin, costs, headcount, CapEx, and KPI setting.
• Support digitalization and automation initiatives to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
