Otis Worldwide Corporation in Singapore seeks a SEA Regional FP&A Analyst to drive planning, forecasting, reporting, and business insight across Southeast Asia. You will partner with country finance teams and regional functions to improve forecasting accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.

You will support executive reviews, develop dashboards, and provide commentary to enhance profitability and cash flow across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, commercial finance, audit, or business finance experience.
• Experience in a multinational and matrix organisation preferred.
• Experience supporting regional operations across multiple countries is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate monthly forecast, quarterly outlook, and annual planning across SEA.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports and performance reviews.
• Analyse revenue, orders, EBIT, margin, SG&A, cash flow, and working capital.
• Partner with country finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and profitability.
• Monitor DSO, collections, inventory, and working capital to enhance cash flow.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards for regional reviews.
