Job summary

Aryan-Solutions-Pte.-Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to design and deliver AI-driven solutions for complex operational and business problems. The role blends business process analysis, software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI.

The FDE will own problems from discovery to deployment, including documentation and handover. You will work with stakeholders to map workflows, design AI-enabled automation, and implement end-to-end solutions in production

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Strong software development skills, focus on backend development (Python preferred).
• Experience building production-quality apps and automation.
• Solid understanding of cloud infra: compute, networking, IAM, deployment.
• Hands-on with containerisation and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps: Git, CI/CD, IaC, automated deployment.
• Experience with LLMs, AI-enabled workflows and agent design.
• Ability to use APIs and modern integration patterns for apps.
• Proven ability to discover business processes and translate to designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, security-conscious work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process discovery and requirements elicitation.
• Design end-to-end AI-enabled agentic workflows with controls.
• Translate designs into production-grade implementations.
• Develop Python-based backend applications and automation components.
• Deploy solutions on cloud-native infrastructure and container platforms.
• Integrate systems via REST APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Implement robust logging, error handling, and operational resilience.
• Apply DevSecOps practices including IaC and automated deployment.
• Produce technical docs and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Engage stakeholders and manage workstreams from discovery to handover.
• Ensure security and restricted-env compliance in solutions.
