Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands‑on Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deliver AI‑driven solutions addressing complex operational challenges.

The role blends business process analysis, software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI, with ownership from discovery to production handover. You will work with stakeholders to map processes, design AI agent workflows, and implement production‑grade Python applications on cloud platforms, ensuring security and governance

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong software development skills with backend language proficiency (preferably Python).
• Ability to develop production‑quality applications and automation.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, IAM).
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies.
• Hands‑on DevSecOps with Git/version control, CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Understanding of LLM application development and AI‑enabled workflow design.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery and requirements sessions with business teams.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for AI‑enabled automation.
• Document current and future state processes and create BPMN/workflow diagrams.
• Design end‑to‑end AI workflows with triggers, decisions, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
• Develop AI-enabled automation solutions using LLMs and enterprise AI services.
• Translate business requirements into detailed solution designs for validation and implementation.
• Translate designs into production‑ready Python/backend components and cloud deployments.
• Develop and maintain containerised workloads and cloud native infrastructure.
• Integrate apps via REST APIs and modern integration patterns, ensure resilience.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure solutions are operable and extensible.
