This hands-on IC role requires strong software and systems design, plus comfort working with sales, product, and delivery teams to drive decisions in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical problem-solving role with strong software and systems design fundamentals.
• Comfortable scoping ambiguous problems alongside sales, product, or delivery teams.
• Experience across multiple systems, integrations, and data flows.
• Curiosity about making AI agents work reliably in production.

Responsibilities

• Embedded directly with customers and working alongside a client-facing deployment partner.
• Own the full lifecycle — from first conversation through production reliability, performance, and iteration.
• Design and build agents that plug into existing systems.
• Drive decisions in customer rooms and ensure engineering ownership of outcomes.
