ELGO AI PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to work with enterprise and public-sector customers to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using the ELGO AI Platform.

This role blends solution engineering, AI engineering, software engineering, and customer delivery. The candidate will translate requirements into robust solution designs, configure AI workflows, and drive projects from scoping to production rollout, engaging with business and technical

Qualifications

Strong software engineering foundation across frontend/backend, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions.
Experience delivering enterprise software, AI solutions, or system integrations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand business processes and translate requirements into solution architectures and implementation plans.
Design, configure, test, and deploy AI applications and workflows using the ELGO AI Platform.
Lead technical discussions and communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Coordinate with customer teams, ELGO AI engineers and product teams throughout implementation.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and drive problems to resolution.
Provide technical enablement and knowledge transfer for customer developers.
