Job summary

Lenovo Solutions & Services Group is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Manager in Singapore to lead a high-performing team embedded across business functions. You will map workflows, surface AI opportunities, and translate needs into scalable solutions with measurable business impact.

You will partner with Domain Leaders and platform teams to guide execution, establish repeatable practices, and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows across functions.

Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering or related technical leadership.
Experience managing technical teams and delivering AI-driven solutions.
Hands-on ability to review designs and guide delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers embedded in business functions.
Define operating models, playbooks and delivery standards for FDEs.
Drive adoption by coordinating with change resources and business owners.
Communicate progress and risks to executives and stakeholders.
