Job summary

NCS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build and support AI applications across GCP, AWS and Azure. You will deploy secure cloud AI solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery in enterprise environments.

You should have hands-on AI experience across cloud platforms, strong DevOps practices, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable architectures while maintaining security and performance in production.

Qualifications

• Mandatory – Hold one or more of Professional Level Cloud certifications: Generative AI Leader, Machine Learning Engineer, Cloud Architect, Cloud DevOps Engineer, Cloud Developer or other professional-level Cloud certifications
• Minimum 6-7 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with an SI company
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Strong exposure to LLMs, Agentic workflows, and AI prototyping
• Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud-native services (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Knowledge of security principles, API management (Apigee/WSO2), and CI/CD tooling

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI solutions leveraging technologies across GCP, AWS, and Azure
• Develop APIs, services and backend jobs in server and cloud environments
• Lead transition of legacy platforms to Agentic workflows
• Refactor multi-channel architectures using AI, containers and cloud tech
• Follow governance and microservices development practices
• Own technical designs, code development, and component testing
• Use configuration management and automation tools to deploy code
• Conduct code reviews and support production issue resolution
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary project team
